About the Whormones Podcast

The Whormones podcast is an anti-feminist, feminist podcast where two completely different points of view of sexuality, feminism, and life are discussed. The politically incorrect humor and witty banter featuring Alia Janine’s wilder and more sexually experienced interpretations, and Jaqi Furback’s biting and more conservative demeanor makes these two the modern day odd couple.

episode-33-a-fundamentalist-easter-with-brooke-arnold_thumbnail.png

Today we're talking lady parts with Sharron Paul! She tells us about the organization she works for, Lady Parts Justice League, and their ambitious fundraising for women's health clinics. We also discussed about the onspeed dating company that just produced an event called "skinny minny," an dating meetup for size 8 or less ladies (but men of any size). We gabbed about shaved butts, Lisa Ann's tits, and being raised in a naked household. Followed by a poem from Just the Tips, by Matt Fraction & Chip Zdarsky.

This week, we're chatting with comedy sweet pea Christine Meehan. Christine's only been in NYC a few years, but she's performs all over the place: the Stand, the Standing Room, NYCC, Broadway Comedy Club, Greenwich Comedy Club. She's also about to get MARRIED this fall (to a comedian). In this episode, we talk about laughing during sex, love, marriage & midget strippers and bachelorette parties. We then delve deeper and discuss discrimination, the first amendment & political change. And of course, in conclusion, a reading by Jaqi of Just the Tips with Matt Fraction & Chip Zdarsky.

oday we hang with the number one searched (former) porn star, Lisa Ann. You may recognize her from her role as Sarah Palin in the "Nailin Palin" movies, as well as the other 500+ scenes she's been in. Lisa was kind enough to bring us copies of her new book "the Life," and discuss her exodus from the porn world. We talk about harassment from fans and what it's like being recognized. We cover everything this episode: the good old days of standard definition, missing porn, favorite underwear brands, accountants & creditors,  and the all too important discussion of street harassment and the treatment of women in the media. We also talk about Lisa's newest projects with her SiriusXM radio shows, and her articles  for The Stashed.  All this and more. Pull up your sexy chair and take a listen. We close out the show with another Jaqi reading of Just the Tips by Matt Fraction and Chip Zdarsky!

Today and Whormones: Chemda Khalili. You may recognize her as "the Girl" from the award-winning comedy podcast "Keith and the Girl." She also hosts her own podcast called "What's My Name?" & co-wrote "the Ultimate Guide to Podcasting." We invited her out of her studio (and into our own) to discuss her relationship with her husband (actor Lauren Hennessy) who identifies as a transgendered man. She shared with us the mutual discovery they made before the idea of "trans" fell into the spotlight, and how they've been growing together since. We explore the idea of period empathy, bathroom etiquette, and allegedly open minds who sometimes forget to understand. And of course there is always time for a quick read from Just the Tips, by Matt Fraction and Chip Zdarsky.

Today we sat down with the beautiful brain of Sovereign Syre. In the sex trade since 2009, she has recently stuck her toe into the standup comedy world due to encouragement from top comedians in the game. In this episode we discuss a bit of her history, comedy, and the difference of perspective between porn people and "civilians." And we close it out with the "hot positions" page from Just the Tips, by Matt Fraction & Chip Zdarsky.

Chuck Roth doesn't need to impress anyone -- which is probably why this episode starts with his commentary on pidgeons & Puerto Rican hookers. He is unapologetic and opinionated, and with his help Alia & Jaqi discuss comedy in a PC culture. Chuck shares valuable advice on how to get ladies revved up for role playing. And wrapping it all up is a reading of Just the Tips, by Matt Fraction & Chip Zdarsky.

In Episode 35 we have the super funny Dan Soder in the studio! We start out with talking about Tay, the racist, bigot, sexist, pot smoking, fuck the police AI Twitter bot from Microsoft. We move right into Jaqi's favorite subject, robots and Alia's favorite dooms day prepping. We get a (little) serious and we ask Dan how it was like growing up with a single mother, and how he thinks that affects his dating life and habits. Alia and Dan compare the dating habits of their single parents, the type of guys their moms used to date, and their weird God parents. We close out the show with Jaqi reading another page from Just the Tips!

Make sure to check out Dan's new Comedy Central's web-series, Used People, with Michelle Wolf!

Be on the lookout for Dan's Comedy Central hour special coming in May!

Whormones podcast with Brooke Arnold

Happy Easter everyone! For today's episode we have guest and fellow comedian, Brooke Arnold (http://brookearnold.com). Brooke grew up in a strict Christian Fundamentalist home (similar to our favs the Duggars) and we had some questions about that. We ask her what it was like growing up in that environment and what type of affects it has on her as an adult. She discusses her first time doing drugs, dating, if she still believes in God, and the lack of education and protective rights for women and children in those types of organizations. This is a really interesting topic with a great a guest, and it was fascinating to be able to sit down and chat with someone so open and honest about her. Check it out! As always we close out with Just the Tips!

Today we sit down and chat with fellow comedian, feminist, and sex worker, Kaytlin Bailey Bailey is based out of NYC and is known for her unapologetic sexuality and openness in regards to her history in sex work that started at age 17. Kaytlin is also the writer & performer in a one woman show based on those experiences, called "Cuntagious." She is a member of the Pink Collar Comedy Tour (heading to the West Coast in April), and is soon to release a new podcast "American Monster," co-hosted with Clark Jones & Mike Racine.  Over the course of the hour, the three explore Kaytlin's inclination and self-awareness as a child that led to her move into escorting & her theory on the affects of a new sexual renaissance that is causing the backlash of rabid Trump supporters. The three go on to deconstruct the current state of the patriarchy, and the ever changing role of marriage. As always we conclude with an awkward read of Just the Tips, by Matt Fraction & Chip Zdarsky.

Hello Whormoners! Alia and Jaqi are at it again this week... this time with a twist: a guest! Ralph Sutton swings by the studio this week to chat, fresh off of his appearance on FOX, where he discussed the difference between podcasting & radio. The conversation ranges from rock to Ralph's potential 4some. The ladies also follow up on the story of the Phoenix Goddess Temple  & Erin Andrews cases. Thanks for listening!

Celebrity sex tapes have been all the rage since the dawn of BetaMax. This week on Whormones Podcast, Alia & Jaqi discuss the current status of Hulk Hogan's $100 million dollar lawsuit against Gawker.com for what he defines as "revenge porn," and its bearing on Freedom of Speech in journalism. What are leaked sex tapes? Is there such a thing? Or can it all be a ploy by your favorite celebrity to spin that wheel of fortune once more, and hope they don't land on "bankrupt?" Also discussed is Erin Andrews, ESPN's sexy sideline reporter, and her case against Marriott for lax security which led to her naked image being uploaded to the Internet. On top of it all, you can now drink & piss in public in NYC without a fine!

Today we sit down and chat about the resent ruling of "NO" from Cal/OSHA on protective gear in the California adult film industry, and the AIDS Healthcare Foundation's (AHF) second petition. Alia explains to Jaqi what the AHF is, and who and why the president of the AHF, Michael Weinstein, is a money wasting, other agenda holding piece of shit.

We also chat about how Alia thinks the world basically doesn't need men anymore because some scientist in China create sperm in a dish and mad baby mice. Jaqi disagrees, but she is super excited that some robots lost their jobs to people.

We talk about the new website for men on exactly how to make a woman cum called, OMGYes.com. We close out the show with another reading from Jaqi of "Just the Tips" by Matt Fraction and Chip Zdarsky!

Today we talk about a few different things. We discuss Alia's short lived Tinder experiment, and read an email from our fan "Darius." We then dive into a few different topics headlining the news. First on the list is, "Hookers for Hillary!" Where some girls at the Bunny Ranch in Nevada are giving away a free lunch and half hour a services to gentlemen that donate to Hillary Clinton's presidential campaign. While not all of the females at the Bunny Ranch are voting for Hillary, a few seem very excited solely because she's a woman. We think that's pretty stupid, and we're women.

Secondly, we compare the trial of the Phoenix Goddess Temple prostitution case and the U.N.s findings of the Vatican's policies allowing priests to rape children. These goddess are being charged with running a prostitution ring masked as a religion. While the Catholic church is allowing priests to rape children and the U.N. is sticking it's nose in "Catholic practices."

We then talk about a Claremont University blaming victims rape because they warned them about taking drinks from strangers. Lastly, we discuss Peyton Manning's sexual assault allegations.

We close out the show with a horrible edit due to Prudence barking at the mailman, Alia getting offended at everything because she has her period, and Jaqi reading Just the Tips!

Where have we been?! Everywhere but podcasting! But WE ARE BACK this week (wahoo!) with Alia & Jaqi, talking about Alia's trip to the Adult Entertainment Convention and the AVN Award Show in Vegas, the Hardcore Comedy Show, and her stalker posting emails and living up to her status as one of the craziest women in porn. Jaqi talks about her lovely and drama free trip to Seattle, because Seattle.

We then dive into a faux outrage story created  by none other than Fox News, and we discuss Beyoncé's new song Formation, her Super Bowl appearance, and the racial controversy caused by conservative media. We discuss the weight of Alia's reading material, and some weird thing with her grandma.

As always, closing it out with Jaqi reading of "Just the Tips" by Matt Fraction and Chip Zdarsky.

Alia & Jaqi spend this week's episode discussing the new masturbation booth "GuyFi" on 28th st & 5th Ave in Manhattan. Created by London based company "Hot Octopus," the former phone booth was reimagined into a tiny pleasure space, furnished with a laptop and shrouding men in need of release from the public eye. We question the legalities of it, the appropriateness, the concern for men's need for release and the denial that women may need the same. We discuss the Hot Octopus male sex toy, "the Pulse" (which the booth is being used to promote). We round out the episode with a return to episodes past: an email in regards to our last episode "Not Gay," as well as a brief discussion of new sex dolls for pedophiles that are now on the market. That and more JUST THE TIPS, by Matt Fraction & Chip Zdarsky (as read by Jaqi Furback).

Happy New Year! We're back with an interesting topic from the book, Not Gay by Jane Ward. It's about straight, white, heterosexual males that have or have had sexual relations with another man, but they do not identify as gay, or even bisexual. We discuss military and college hazing, as well as childhood experimenting and sexual abuse.

We also talk about the difference between why it's socially acceptable for women to explore their sexuality with other women, but not for me. We also chat about different culture's sexual practices and rituals.

We close out the show with another reading of "Just the Tips" by Matt Fraction and Chip Zdarsky
